Care pays for ongoing attention: monitored uptime, verified backups, security patching and a named place to ask for help. Lower-priced plans vary, so compare what is included, who performs updates and whether backups and licences are verified.

What does a System Review cost, and why is it paid?

Reviews are tiered by complexity. Essential is RM1,500 for one website up to 25 pages; Complete is RM5,000 for larger or integrated systems. The fee pays for a written ownership and access map, findings and a 30-day action plan. The review amount paid before SST becomes account credit for 12 months toward JagaWeb Care, fixed-scope projects or Monthly System Improvement. If the credit exceeds an invoice, the remaining balance stays on the account until expiry.

How does the JagaWeb Care request queue work?

JagaWeb Care includes two minor content updates per month alongside monitoring, verified backups and patching. Larger or continuous changes belong in Care + Changes, which uses one active request at a time. Monthly System Improvement is a separate engineering engagement from RM13,000/month.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Pause or cancel any month, effective at the end of the paid period. Because everything is already in your name, leaving needs no handover.

Do you charge by the hour for anything?

No. Care is a flat monthly fee. Work outside the plan gets one fixed price, quoted up front, approved and paid before it starts. If it overruns the estimate, that is ours to absorb.
