Terms of Service

1. Core Ownership Guarantee

Unlike traditional agencies, JagaWeb operates on a strict 100% Client Asset Ownership model. All domain registrations, DNS records, Git repositories, databases, third-party API accounts, and cloud hosting accounts remain or will be placed exclusively under the legal name and administrative ownership of the Client.

2. Care Plan Subscriptions & Throughput

JagaWeb Care and Monthly System Improvement are monthly recurring subscriptions that may be paused or cancelled before the next billing cycle. Improvement requests are prioritised and processed sequentially, with one agreed priority active at a time.

3. Ownership & Access Review Credit

The review amount paid before SST becomes account credit for 12 months toward JagaWeb Care, fixed-scope projects or Monthly System Improvement. If the credit exceeds an invoice, the remaining balance stays on the account until expiry.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
