No. A supportable website with adequate access can start Care directly after the setup checks pass, including its ownership inventory. If key accounts are inaccessible, control is disputed or the site already needs repair, we assess and quote that work separately before it begins.

What happens if I decide to cancel my monthly care plan?

Because all infrastructure (domain, DNS, Git repository, cloud hosting, payment gateway) is registered in your company's name, you simply cancel with zero migration fees or lock-in penalties. Your website remains completely intact and under your own credentials.

Do you build new websites or only maintain existing ones?

System Reviews are tiered by complexity, starting at RM1,500 for one website with up to 25 pages. The review is fully credited against eligible follow-on work for 12 months. Ongoing care starts at RM450/mo and Starter Websites from RM8,000.
