A digital marketing agency in Malaysia that also keeps your website running.
Most businesses here run four vendors: someone for the site, someone for SEO, someone for Google, someone for Meta. The work between them is where the money goes missing. We hold all four, so there is nobody left to point at.
Prices exclude SST and advertising budget. Your ad spend is paid by you, directly to Google and Meta, on your own card.
Each package above is published on its own page at that price. The arithmetic is yours to check.
Where four vendors leak money
Nothing breaks inside a vendor. It breaks between them.
Every one of these is a real, ordinary Malaysian SME failure. None of them is anybody's fault, which is exactly the problem — each vendor did their own job correctly and the result still cost you.
Web developer → SEO
The redesign that erased three years of ranking
New site goes live, the URLs all change, nobody writes the redirects. The developer delivered what was asked. The SEO retainer starts again from zero, and you keep paying it.
Hosting → Google Ads
The slow page that quietly raised your cost per click
Landing page speed feeds Google's quality signals. When the site drags, the same budget buys fewer clicks. The ads freelancer sees the number rise and has no access to the server.
Website → both ad platforms
The form that stopped sending, for eleven days
A plugin update breaks the enquiry form. Campaigns keep spending, traffic keeps arriving, nothing arrives in your inbox. Nobody is watching the site and the spend at the same time.
Google Ads → Meta Ads
Two channels, both claiming the same customer
Run separately, each platform reports the conversion as its own. You are reading two confident dashboards that add up to more leads than you actually received, and budgeting from it.
Scope
What RM9,400 a month buys, in full.
Four disciplines, one team, one monthly report that reads per channel rather than averaging everything into a single flattering figure.
Website care
Updates, backups, uptime and security patching, plus content changes each month. The site the campaigns depend on stays healthy.

Start where your buyers already are. Most Malaysian SMEs begin with two channels and add the rest once the reporting shows which one is carrying the enquiries.

Before you enquire
Three reasons not to hire us.
You want somebody to promise a number
If a proposal you are holding guarantees a ranking, a lead count or a return on ad spend, take it seriously — but understand that we will not match it, because we would have to invent it.
Your advertising budget is under about RM3,000 a month
Below that, management fees eat the campaign. You are better served by one channel done properly, or by spending the money on the website first. We will tell you so on the call.
You want the cheapest quote in the market
We publish our prices, which makes us easy to undercut. Somebody will. What they usually cannot show you is who holds your accounts afterwards.
Questions
What people ask before signing.
How much does a digital marketing agency cost in Malaysia?
Ours is published. Two channels under one team is RM5,600 a month; the full funnel — SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and website care — is RM9,400 a month, before SST. Bought as four separate packages the same work is RM11,798, so the bundle is RM2,398 a month lower. Advertising budget is separate and is paid by you directly to Google and Meta.
Is my advertising budget included in the monthly fee?
No, and it never passes through us. You pay Google and Meta directly on your own card, inside your own ad accounts. The monthly fee covers the work only. That is also why we cannot mark up your media, and why you can read your real spend without asking us for it.
Who owns the ad accounts, the tracking and the website?
You do, in every case. Google Ads, Meta Business, Search Console, Analytics and the site itself stay registered in your name, and we are granted access rather than holding it. If you leave, you keep the accounts, the history and the data — there is nothing for us to hand back because none of it was ever ours.
Can I start with one or two channels instead of the full bundle?
Yes. The Growth Bundle at RM5,600 a month covers two channels — SEO with Google Ads, or SEO with Meta Ads — under the same single team. Individual packages are also published separately if you want just one.
Do you guarantee rankings, leads or a return on ad spend?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position on a search results page or a return on advertising, because neither is ours to control. What we do commit to is a monthly report that names what changed, what did not, and what we intend to do next — per channel, not averaged into one number.
What makes this different from a normal Malaysian digital marketing agency?
Most agencies market a website they do not maintain. When the site breaks, slows down or gets redesigned, the campaigns quietly suffer and each vendor points at another. Here the same team holds the maintenance and the marketing, so there is nobody to hand the problem to.
Bring us the four invoices you pay now.
We will go through them with you and say plainly which parts we would take over, which you should keep where they are, and what the difference costs. No obligation, and no proposal you have to chase us for.
