Why account ownership is the whole argument

Most Google Ads problems are ownership problems, not targeting problems.

A campaign that outperforms is worth little if you cannot see inside the account that runs it, or if leaving means starting from zero.

Gap 01

Whose account it actually is

Some agencies build campaigns inside an account only they can access. Switching providers means abandoning months of conversion data and starting the learning phase over.

Gap 02

Where the ad spend goes

A management fee bundled into "ad spend" hides the real cost Google is actually charging. Spend paid directly by you, to Google, is the only version you can audit.

Gap 03

What "we'll get you to page one" means

Nobody controls Google's auction. An agency promising a specific position or a fixed cost-per-lead is either guessing or planning to walk it back later.

What you actually get

What managing a Google Ads account properly includes.

The mechanics are the same whether an account performs well or badly. What differs is whether you can see and keep either outcome.

01

An account audit before anything changes

Existing campaigns, conversion tracking and Quality Score reviewed first, so recommendations are based on your actual account, not a template.

02

Search campaigns built around defined goals

Keywords, ad copy and landing page alignment scoped to what you are actually trying to sell, not a generic "more traffic" brief.

03

Conversion tracking that survives an audit

Set up in your own GA4 property and Google Ads account, so the numbers are still there and still yours if the engagement ends.

04

A monthly report in plain language

Spend, cost per result and what changed — read in ten minutes, not exported into a slide deck nobody opens.

05

Access granted, never transferred

We work inside your Google Ads account as a user, with permissions you control and can revoke at any time.

How it runs

Scoped from a conversation, not a rate card.

There is no published price because there is no standard campaign — budget, market and goal all change what a Google Ads engagement actually needs.

Step 1

Talk it through

A working conversation about your budget, goals and current account, if one exists.

Step 2

Account audit

We review what is already running, or set up tracking correctly from scratch if nothing is.

Step 3

Written proposal

Scope, management approach and fee — in writing, before anything is spent.

Step 4

Access, not ownership

You add us as a user on your Google Ads account. Nothing moves out of your name.

Step 5

Report, monthly

Spend, results and what changes next — one page, plain language.

Pricing

No published price.

Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually — there is no rate card to publish.

  • Scoped and quoted individually after a working session on your account and goals
  • Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google — never held, marked up or bundled into our fee
  • No guaranteed ROAS, ranking, traffic or conversion number, in any proposal
  • Your Google Ads account, tracking and reporting stay in your name throughout

What the scoping conversation includes

  • A full audit of your existing account and tracking, if one exists
  • A written proposal with a defined scope and fee
  • No obligation to proceed after the audit

What we will never do

  • Hold, mark up or bundle your ad spend into our fee
  • Publish a management fee without a scoped conversation first
  • Promise a click-through rate, ranking, ROAS or lead number
  • Ask you to transfer account ownership instead of granting access

Questions

Why is there no published price for Google Ads management?

Because campaign scope depends entirely on your budget, market and goals — a flat rate card would either overcharge a small account or underprice a complex one. We scope and quote every engagement individually, in writing, before anything starts.

Who pays for the ad spend?

You do, directly to Google, on your own card or billing method. We never hold, mark up or invoice your ad spend as part of our fee — the two are always kept separate.

Will you guarantee a certain cost per lead or ranking position?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's auction. We manage the account carefully and report honestly on what happened, not what we promised in advance.

Do we have to hand over our Google Ads account?

No. You add us as a user with the permissions you choose, and you can revoke access at any time. The account, billing and history stay yours regardless of whether the engagement continues.

Start with a conversation, not a quote.

No published price — talk to us about your account and goals, and we will scope it honestly, in writing.
