Your mission should not depend on the volunteer who still remembers the hosting password.
Jaga keeps the website, donation systems, domains, access and recurring maintenance under documented organisational control.
Eligibility is assessed on registration evidence. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and Jaga may request additional verification.
A typical starting position
Jaga converts fragmented volunteer logins into a single, permanent organisational asset register.
The Structural Problem
What usually goes wrong
None of this is anyone's fault. It is what happens when the people who set the systems up move on and nothing was written down.
The domain or hosting sits in a former volunteer's personal account
Renewal notices go to an email address nobody checks, and the organisation has no way to log in or transfer ownership.
The donation gateway breaks and nobody owns it
The merchant account was opened by one individual. When webhook callbacks fail, there is no named administrator to resolve the ticket.
SSL certificates and renewals expire
A critical browser security warning appears on a live donation page in the middle of an urgent fundraising campaign week.
Annual reports stop being published
The volunteer who knew how to upload audited statements graduated or moved on, and the governance archive quietly goes stale.
Nobody knows which administrator access is current
Former contractors retain full superadmin privileges, current executive staff have none, and no register exists to audit against.
Transparent Support
NGO Programme Pricing
Standard prices are shown alongside the eligible NGO price. All figures are before SST, and 8% SST is shown separately at checkout.
System Review
Complete ownership audit, DNS & hosting mapping, vulnerability scan, and handover asset register.
Jaga Care
Daily offsite backups, core/plugin patching, uptime monitoring, and donation checkout health checks.
Fixed-Scope Project
Full website redesigns, custom donation portals, and automated LHDN Section 44(6) receipt workflows.
Verification Process
How eligibility is assessed
Jaga verifies that the organisation is an active, registered Malaysian non-profit entity. This is a commercial eligibility check, not legal or tax counsel.
ROS or PPM registration number
For registered societies, associations, or community clubs.
SSM incorporation documentation
For foundations or companies limited by guarantee (CLBG).
LHDN Section 44(6) gazette reference
Where held, include the gazette reference number for tax-deductible confirmation.
What this does and does not mean
- Section 44(6) status is not required for every application.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee eligibility approval.
- Jaga may request additional documentation before rendering a decision.
- Uploaded documents are stored encrypted at rest and used solely to evaluate eligibility.
- We collect the minimum information required to verify your non-profit status.
Operational Scope
What Jaga maintains for your NGO
These are the systems Jaga can review, document, and keep running reliably month after month.
Domain and DNS ownership map
Registrar, registrant, nameservers, and renewal expiry written down and routinely re-verified.
Hosting and deployment access
Named organisational accounts backed by a documented technical access register.
Backups and restoration readiness
Offsite cloud backups taken daily and restoration procedures tested, not assumed.
SSL and renewal monitoring
Certificate expiration and DNS changes monitored with proactive advance notice.
WordPress core and plugin maintenance
Where WordPress is used, updates applied with isolated staging tests and rollback paths.
Donation form and gateway-path monitoring
The complete path a donor travels is continuously checked for availability.
Annual report publishing
A repeatable workflow to publish statements and reports without requiring an outside developer.
Campaign and fundraising landing pages
Available as custom scoped project work, separate from recurring Care.
Boundary Notice: Jaga does not promise zero downtime, guaranteed security, or guaranteed donation revenue. Proactive monitoring significantly reduces the duration a technical failure goes unnoticed; it does not eliminate all external hosting risks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who qualifies for the 30% NGO programme?
Registered Malaysian non-profits, charities, foundations (Yayasan / CLBG), and registered societies (ROS / PPM) that can provide registration proof.
Is LHDN Section 44(6) tax-exempt status mandatory?
No. Section 44(6) status is accepted as strong evidence, but it is not mandatory. A valid ROS/PPM certificate or SSM registration is fully sufficient.
Does the 30% discount apply permanently?
The eligible NGO price applies from the date of approval. Approvals are typically granted for a 30-day initial checkout window and remain active for the duration of the continuous subscription.
Does the discount include payment gateway or hosting fees?
No. The 30% discount applies to Jaga's professional fees only. Payment gateway transaction fees, domain renewals, and third-party hosting stay directly on your organisation's own card.
Can Jaga take over a volunteer-built WordPress website?
Yes. We start with the System Review to map out all existing plugins, servers, and account owners so your site is stabilized without breaking existing workflows.
Can Jaga rebuild our non-profit website?
Yes. Rebuilds are delivered as Fixed-Scope Projects. Approved eligible non-profits receive 30% off the final approved quote.
How is donor data and document privacy protected?
All uploaded documents and customer records are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and transmitted over TLS. We never ask for or store your master passwords.
What happens after our eligibility application is approved?
You receive an official approval email with your unique status link, transparent pricing breakdown, and a direct link to complete checkout.
Can an NGO buy the System Review before eligibility is confirmed?
Yes, at the standard RM1,500 rate. If eligibility is approved afterwards within programme rules, we credit the difference or apply it to subsequent care plans.
Put the organisation — not one volunteer — in control of the website.
Eligibility takes a few minutes to submit. Jaga reviews your registration details and replies with an approval and secure checkout link.
