Domain, hosting, code and data — in your name, in writing

jagaweb.
30% NGO ProgramFor eligible Malaysian non-profits

Your mission should not depend on the volunteer who still remembers the hosting password.

Jaga keeps the website, donation systems, domains, access and recurring maintenance under documented organisational control.

Eligibility is assessed on registration evidence. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and Jaga may request additional verification.

Jaga converts fragmented volunteer logins into a single, permanent organisational asset register.

The Structural Problem

What usually goes wrong

None of this is anyone's fault. It is what happens when the people who set the systems up move on and nothing was written down.

01

The domain or hosting sits in a former volunteer's personal account

Renewal notices go to an email address nobody checks, and the organisation has no way to log in or transfer ownership.

02

The donation gateway breaks and nobody owns it

The merchant account was opened by one individual. When webhook callbacks fail, there is no named administrator to resolve the ticket.

03

SSL certificates and renewals expire

A critical browser security warning appears on a live donation page in the middle of an urgent fundraising campaign week.

04

Annual reports stop being published

The volunteer who knew how to upload audited statements graduated or moved on, and the governance archive quietly goes stale.

05

Nobody knows which administrator access is current

Former contractors retain full superadmin privileges, current executive staff have none, and no register exists to audit against.

Verification Process

How eligibility is assessed

Jaga verifies that the organisation is an active, registered Malaysian non-profit entity. This is a commercial eligibility check, not legal or tax counsel.

ROS or PPM registration number

For registered societies, associations, or community clubs.

SSM incorporation documentation

For foundations or companies limited by guarantee (CLBG).

LHDN Section 44(6) gazette reference

Where held, include the gazette reference number for tax-deductible confirmation.

What this does and does not mean

  • Section 44(6) status is not required for every application.
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee eligibility approval.
  • Jaga may request additional documentation before rendering a decision.
  • Uploaded documents are stored encrypted at rest and used solely to evaluate eligibility.
  • We collect the minimum information required to verify your non-profit status.

Frequently Asked Questions

Registered Malaysian non-profits, charities, foundations (Yayasan / CLBG), and registered societies (ROS / PPM) that can provide registration proof.

Is LHDN Section 44(6) tax-exempt status mandatory?

No. Section 44(6) status is accepted as strong evidence, but it is not mandatory. A valid ROS/PPM certificate or SSM registration is fully sufficient.

You receive an official approval email with your unique status link, transparent pricing breakdown, and a direct link to complete checkout.

Can an NGO buy the System Review before eligibility is confirmed?
